1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return your product if:
- The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- There was an error in customization or order details.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt.
Note: Customized items (e.g., custom hoodies, shirts with personal designs) are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized products (e.g., personalized designs or photos).
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Gift cards.
3. Return Process
a. Initiating a Return

- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Photos of the product (if applicable).
b. Approval and Instructions
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.
c. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refunds
a. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
b. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
c. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:
- The item is not in its original condition.
- Items are returned after the 30-day window (at our discretion).

6. Cancellations
a. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible, especially for customized items.
b. Custom Orders
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Provide photos of the item and packaging for a prompt resolution.
